Using data to diagnose design challenges.

UW Medicine is the only integrated care, research, and education health system in Washington State and a #1 hospital in the nation. With 29,000 healthcare professionals, more than 4,000 individual webpages, and millions of patients booking appointments each year, it’s a massive digital footprint with a life-saving mission.

I currently serve as the Senior UX Designer for the Digital Experience team. To fill a critical data gap in the end-to-end of journey of users, I lead research and design that finds the pain points and creates roadmaps for improvement from redesigning the homepage to improving transactional bookings.
